Location: Naihati, West Bengal
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month + incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat)
Experience Required: Freshers or 0–2 years in sales, banking, or customer service
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and account updates.
• Maintain strong customer relations and resolve queries efficiently.
• Cross-sell financial products like savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.
• Ensure compliance with HDFC Bank policies and guidelines at the Naihati branch.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with branch-level documentation.
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service or sales experience is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of banking operations and computer applications.
• Must be based in or ready to relocate to Naihati.
